Charity Event: "Can't Make It Alone" October 10

This Saturday, October 10th will be a night of giving back in downtown Los Angeles through music and charity. With the recent natural disaster in the Phillipines, Indonesia, and Samoa we will be having a charity benefit performance with all proceeds benefiting the Red Cross redcross.org.ph/ and other church organizations. Over 300 deaths have been caused by Typhoon Ondoy and Parma, over 4million people impacted, and est. 130 Million US $ damage to infrastructure and agriculture (6 Billion Pesos).

Hosted and a very special performance by L.A. hip hop star Roscoe Umali(Aow Records), this event will feature a diverse range of musicians including a special performance of "Can't Make It Alone," (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Sbv3rdaxlg) by newly formed Rockaz, a reggae/rock/hip hop group which boasts of Dj Rocky Rock(World Class) and the new lead singer of Sublime, Rome. This tribute song will be available for purchase on ITunes and all proceeds will also be donated to local Filipino community organizations. Also performing will be local L.A. artists: Shin B, Deen(Rebellion), 3 Strykes Crew, Genesis Ian, 2 Tone, and other surprise guests. Dj Warrior and Dj Stone will also be on the 1's and 2's.

Admission is free, but we will be accepting money donations and clothing in lieu of cover charge. You'll also receive free admission to the club event afterwards.
